We aim to make your sharpening service as smooth as possible. Help us to do this by familiarising yourself with our delivery options.
When sending your items to us, please include a note with your name, a contact number, order number and return address on.
This is to avoid any mix ups, and to check if any items have gone missing in transit.
Once your items are sharpened, they will be safely packaged and returned to you. Where possible, we will re-use the packaging your items were delivered to us in to reduce waste.

Packaging your items
Pack your items securely, ensuring that all blades and sharp edges are covered. Make sure that the package you are using wont get ripped in transit.

Returning your items
We will use the delivery method that you have selected during checkout to return your items.
Please be aware that in the event that any of your items are lost or damaged in transit, the delivery insurance will only compensate up to the amount stated on the delivery method selected, or the value of the item that is lost or damaged – whichever is the lower amount.
If you select a value below the value of your items, and your items are damaged or lost in transit, we will not reimburse you for any amount that is over the value that is selected.
Collection and Return Service
Please ensure you leave a working contact number and we will be in contact to organise a collection date/time. We aim to sharpen and return your items within 24 hours of collection.
Customer Drop Off & Collection
If you have selected to drop your items off to us in person. Our address is 2 Drovers Way, Narborough, Leicestershire, LE19 2PU. Drop off is available 7 days a week between 9am- 6pm.
Most items can be left in our secure parcel box at the address, which has the LGS logo on it. Please wrap up your items securely, with a note with your name, contact number and order number on, place them all in a bag or box, and drop it into the parcel box. If you are unsure your items will fit in the parcel box, please get in contact.
If you are dropping off large items to be sharpened e.g garden shears, axe or chainsaw. These items will not fit in the parcel box, so you will need to arrange a drop off time with us. Please ensure you leave a working contact number, so we are able to organise a drop off time.
We aim to have your items sharpened and ready for collection within 24 hours, in most cases it will be before. Please make sure your items are safely wrapped.
To protect our customers all items will be sanitised before being re-packaged and returned.
When using either of our face-to-face delivery options, a mask will be worn and contact-free exchanging of your items will be implemented.
